On December 1, 2022, attorneys from the Reporters Committee will present a lunch and learn webinar to discuss common legal issues to consider when recording and broadcasting across Pennsylvania, from filming protests to police activity to courthouses. They will also present a summary of requesting records from courts and government agencies, including by using the state’s public records law, the Right to Know Law.
