Congratulations to PAB President Joe Conti on being named to City & State PA’s 2024 Who’s Who in Government Relations list.

People notice when a chain expands into new territory, hospital systems merge and tall buildings sprout on campus and downtown. And they certainly notice when a politician wins. But for the most part, the people who grease the wheels of change across the commonwealth – lobbyists, legislative experts and industry advocates – do so in relative obscurity.
