PERSONALIZED PAB AWARD ORDER FORM
We hope you will join us for the 2023 Excellence in Broadcasting Awards Luncheon on Friday, May 5, 2023 beginning at noon in the Pennsylvania Ballroom at The Harrisburg Hilton – One N. 2nd Street, Harrisburg, PA 17101.
Located in downtown Harrisburg, the Hilton is blocks away from the Harrisburg train station and is easily accessible from I-81, I-83 and the Pennsylvania Turnpike. The Walnut Street parking garage is located directly behind the hotel – the PAB will pay for all attendee parking. You must bring your ticket with you to the luncheon to have it stamped in order to receive this discount.

Online payments can be made on the PAB website…go to pab.org and scroll to the bottom of the homepage and click on the MAKE A PAYMENT button. IF YOU ARE PAYING BY CHECK FOR THE EXTRA AWARDS, BE MINDFUL OF SNAIL MAIL – ALL CHECKS MUST BE RECEIVED BY THE DEADLINE IN ORDER TO BE INCLUDED IN THIS YEAR’S ORDER!
To register for the luncheon, please fill out the luncheon form PERSONALIZED PAB AWARD ORDER FORM and be sure to include the names of everyone in your party as well as the information as to who will be accepting the award. We ask that a representative from each winning station be present at the luncheon to accept the award; after the award is accepted, you will be directed to our photographer, Mr. B Entertainment…a photo of each winner(s) will be taken and a printed color copy of the photo will be available for you to take with you at the end of the presentation. All photos will be available on our Facebook page about a week after the luncheon.
PAB accepts all major credit cards for payment for the awards and the luncheon on our website…please go to the bottom of the homepage and click on the Make A Payment button and follow the prompts. Checks are also accepted and can be made payable to PAB and mailed to 208 N. 3rd St. Suite 105 Harrisburg, PA 17101. All payments must be received by the deadlines.
