Chuck Carver, former owner WATS/WAVR dies

Pennsylvania radio lost an amazing person today; Chuck Carver (pictured with sons Jeffrey and Kevin in 2019) died this morning in Lancaster County. He was the longtime owner and General Manager of WATS/WAVR in Sayre. He recently retired and moved to Lititz, PA to be closer to his sons and grandchildren. Chuck was kind beyond words and was devoted to his family and community.
