Born and raised in Lansdale, PA, Phil began his broadcasting career as a part-time disc jockey at WNPV Inc. in 1977.  Since that time he has held a variety of positions at WNPV, including account executive, sports director, and program director.  He has been the General Manager of WNPV since 1986.

In addition to the AAA East Penn Region Board of Directors, Phil is an active board member of the Pennsylvania Association of Broadcasters since 2000, serving as chairman in 2008.  Phil is also active in Rotary International, the North Penn School District Alumni Association, and the Abington-Lansdale Hospital Advisory Council.

Phil is a past chairman of the North Penn Community Health Foundation (now Health Spark Foundation), where he served on the board for 10 years.  He was also active in the North Penn United Way from 1998 to 2017.

Phil enjoys playing golf, traveling, and the company of family and friends.  He lives in Lansdale, with his wife Wendy.  Their daughter, son-in-law, and grandson live outside Washington D.C.
