Position Summary:

Treese Media Group, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Traffic and Billing Director to support operations at WEEU Radio, a locally owned and operated station based in Reading, PA. This key position manages the scheduling of broadcast content and all financial operations related to commercial advertising. The ideal candidate will be experienced in Marketron Radio Traffic, Microsoft Office products, and BE Audiovault broadcast automation software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage daily commercial and program logs using Marketron Radio Traffic software.
• Schedule commercial spots, station promos, and syndicated content in coordination with programming and sales departments.
• Generate accurate client invoices and affidavits for all on-air and digital advertising.
• Oversee billing functions, ensuring timely processing and distribution of invoices and statements.
• Monitor inventory and assist the sales team with spot availability, order input, and make-good management.
• Maintain and update client orders and contracts to reflect changes in scheduling or billing.
• Work directly with the programming department to ensure accurate playout through BE Audiovault automation system.
• Troubleshoot traffic log and billing issues and assist with automation conflicts as needed.
• Ensure compliance with FCC regulations regarding commercial content and billing documentation.
• Prepare and distribute internal reporting for management and sales teams.

Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with Marketron Radio Traffic required.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Familiarity with BE Audiovault or comparable automation systems strongly preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working across departments.
• Prior experience in radio broadcasting or a media environment preferred.
