Treese Media Group is seeking an energetic and driven Account Executive dedicated to surpassing revenue objectives by conceptualizing innovative client campaigns that yield impactful business outcomes. The perfect candidate will provide white glove customer service to new clients as well as existing relationships. It is imperative that the Marketing Director understands the business objectives of our clients and is able to provide innovative, marketing strategies to help them achieve their goals.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve or exceed revenue targets by employing effective external sales methodologies
  • Forge new business opportunities and deliver tangible outcomes for clients through imaginative and targeted campaigns
  • Formulate comprehensive campaign strategies, encompassing brand development and creative aspects, ensuring alignment with client expectations throughout execution
  • Cultivate trustworthy relationships with clients, the community, and Treese Media Group, by consistently delivering on commitments with thorough preparation, delivery, and follow-through
  • Expand your client portfolio in line with set goals, identifying companies undergoing expansion, relocation, or hiring processes
  • Meet or surpass revenue benchmarks for existing, new, and digital business segments, alongside corporate initiatives, devising strategies to aid goal attainment
  • Augment client advertising expenditure while enhancing their overall investment
  • Uphold high standards in deliverables to drive client success
  • Aid in receivables collection
  • Enhance sales competencies, including effective storytelling, prospecting, relationship-building, negotiation, and closing
  • Develop expertise in crafting compelling and impactful campaigns

Qualifications

  • Passion for contributing to a sales team with a positive outlook
  • Driven by practical results, learning opportunities, and aiding others
  • Proficient in relationship building, customer service, communication, and negotiation
  • Exceptional business acumen concerning new media, digital interactive initiatives, and social media is imperative
  • Preferred experience in media sales with a thorough understanding of radio, media plans, advertising markets, and key competitors
  • Ability to bounce back swiftly from setbacks
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of building rapport across diverse audiences
  • Professional appearance (Required)
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and a satisfactory driving record (Required)

Work Experience

  • 3+ years of media or advertising sales experience (Required)
  • Provide examples of winning marketing strategies and creative campaigns

Education

  • Preferred 4-year college degree, preferably in Communications
