Digital Advertising Sales Strategist

Times Shamrock Media is a locally owned and operated multi-media company that offers our clients radio (Rock107, ESPN Radio, QFM 92.1 & 100.1), outdoor advertising (Times Shamrock Outdoor) and digital marketing solutions.


As our business has grown, we have a need to have someone dedicated to focusing on digital advertising for our clients. You’ll be a key liaison between us and our clients and provide them with unique, creative & innovative ideas that will help them drive sales.


This is a sales position. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital advertising platforms, data analytics and emerging trends in the digital marketing landscape. You will work independently and collaboratively with our sales team to identify targets, conduct client needs analysis meetings and present and close business.




· Work with the Director of Sales to maximize opportunities and grow revenue in our current markets.

· Research other opportunities with vendors that would benefit our partners.

· Prospecting of possible digital clients

· Track your information using our company CRM

· Conduct CNA’s and develop marketing and advertising strategies

· Work with AE’s and their clients to conceptualize ideas for campaigns

· Develop and sell multi-media advertising campaigns

· Develop and maintain successful client relationships

· Pitch,close and service business

· Train and assist AE’s with all aspects of digital campaigns

· Complete campaign tasks as needed on backend software

· Build digital advertising proposals and assist AE’s with client presentations

· Communicate, develop and present creative concepts for clients with AEs

· Oversee campaign launch, assist with the creative process and gather all needed sales collateral including logos, artwork, images, keywords, geofence locations, qualitative & quantitative datasets and other information as necessary.

· Present monthly analytics and updates to the client and onboard them with the use of our dashboard.




· Experience in media advertising sales – new or traditional media or advertising agency work.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively

· Strong ability to prospect, present and close business.

· Knowledge of traditional and digital media and it’s competitive landscape.


· Strong prospecting, presenting and closing skills

· Knowledge of traditional and digital media and it’s competitive landscape

· Exceptional written and oral communication skills.

· Detail-oriented

· Ability to use both an analytical and creative mindset

· Positive attitude for troubleshooting and timely resolution

· Must be highly organized and able to handle several projects at one time while also working on tight deadlines

· Valid drivers license and use of an automobile
