Front Desk/Admin Assistant

Seven Mountains Media is a full service media company that provides Radio,

Digital, Video, Print and Audio Marketing solutions to our clientele.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist clients, prize winners and staff
Maintain prize winner spreadsheets/forms
Answer multi-line business phone/transfer calls to appropriate parties
Provide support to our Business and Sales Department
Assist with deposits and collections
Serve as a backup to traffic, business, and promotions departments
Sort incoming/outgoing mail on a daily basis

The ideal candidate, should have:

Great phone and communication skills
Computer skills with knowledge of G-Suite
Willingness to learn new programs
Ability to plan and organize, set priorities and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated
Comfort in interacting with new/unfamiliar people
