SALES EXECUTIVE

EXPERIENCE: None required, however some prior experience in, Retail, Restaurant, Customer
Service, Sports and Athletics, Leadership, Teamwork, Extracurricular Activities.

We are seeking Entry Level Sales and Marketing Associates to join our team! Training will be
provided. You will resolve business inquiries and offer solutions to drive company revenue. As a
Sales and Marketing Associate you will play a crucial role in customer acquisition. This role is
responsible for driving strategic revenue by leveraging, cultivating, and growing relationships with
clients.

We are looking to add several Sales and Marketing Associates to our team.

Responsibilities: · Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers ·
Prospect and contact potential customers · Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline ·
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints · Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware
of latest developments · Create sales material to present to customers.

Qualifications: · Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields · Ability to
build rapport with clients · Strong negotiation skills · Deadline and detail-oriented · Must have…a
positive attitude · Must have a great work ethic · Must have good people skills · Must have…a
solution oriented mind set and a “go get ’em” attitude · Must have a desire to improve oneself and
interest in Leadership.

KNOWLEDGE and SKILLS helpful for the Sales and Marketing Associate position: Ability to work in
an fast pace environment Effective verbal and written communication skills Be proactive and take
initiative Be solution oriented and have problem solving skills Lead by example and help train and
develop others Experience working with people in a team is a plus. Understanding of working with
people.
